To reset your password, please do the following:  

1. go to http://www.seizeyourlife.com 
   

2. on the left hand side, under the Program Participants menu, select "(Your Program) Login"

3. the screen will change to show a picture of some keys
   

4. under the "username" and "password" dialog boxes, click on "Lost Password?" 

5. the screen will change and ask for your username and e-mail address. 

6. enter your username 

7. enter your e-mail address 

8. click send password 

9. you will receive an e-mail with your new password in the next few minutes.
